Packing

We can simplify one of the hardest aspects of moving. Let us come and pack for you. We carry a full range of supplies in stock. We can also expertly pack unique items that require special handling or custom crating. For local moves, pricing is based on an hourly rate and cost of packing material. For interstate moves, pricing is based on transportation tariff 400n. Under these rules regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, pricing is determined by the type of carton packed. (Dish pack, book carton, etc.) There will be no hourly packing rate for interstate moves. Please call for an estimate. If you prefer to pack yourself, we can provide you with professional packing supplies and instructions on packing professionally.

Waterbury Moving and Storage makes every attempt to recycle moving supplies. Regardless of where you are, we will pick up usable moving supplies and use them for future customer moves. Recycled moving supplies at a discounted rate upon availability.
